D&R Decor Ltd is a Painting and Decorating company launched in January 2014. Co-founders Darragh Hollingsworth and Edward Orr both from Templeogue in South Dublin have over 30 years Painting and Decorating experience between them. They have worked as a team of sub-contractors for some of Ireland’s biggest painting firms over the past 15 years. They are both fully qualified tradesmen completing apprenticeships through the FAS city and guild national craftsman scheme.
Together they have worked on schools, theatres, embassies, banks, offices, credit unions, shops, churches, as we all as an unlimited amount of private domestic properties with unrivalled customer satisfaction. During the ‘celtic tiger’ years Darragh and Edward painted hundreds of new residential properties across some of the finest new housing estates in Dublin. Their last project as sub-contractors together was the illustrious ‘Grange’ apartments in Stillorgan.
After the economic downturn Darragh and Edward commenced trading separately but continued to work as a team on every project. Without having to advertise in any way, shape, or form, their work has done the talking for them relying only on ‘word of mouth’ to get from one job to the next. As stated previously our customer satisfaction is second to none and our prices are the most competitive around. We work to specific timelines within budget and our patience, skill and attention to detail is shown in our professionalism to leave a fantastic, clean, elegant finsih to all our jobs.
Due to demand from some of Ireland’s leading companies seeking our workmanship we were pleased to announce that we have joined together to expand into a limited company. D&R Decor was launched in January 2014 and cater for all areas of painting and decorating – from the old side gate to the complete office blocks, schools etc and everything in between.
